Save Money Getting Your MBA and CPA
For those looking to obtain their CPA certification, there is now a way to leverage that professional accomplishment into even something bigger. More specifically, those who prepare for their CPA certification with Yaeger CPA Review can receive credit towards an online Masters of Business Administration.
Yaeger CPA Review, a company offering CPA Exam preparatory programs, announced that they have agreed to a strategic partnership with Ellis University, an online college that offers a number of degrees and programs to both undergraduate and graduate students.
According to numerous press releases, CPAs can receive up to 9 credits towards and online MBA from Ellis University...at no cost. Based on MBA program requirements, that means students who earn their CPA certifications will already be a fourth of the way towards graduation without having to do any more work or pay anything more. Essentially, students could save thousands of dollars by taking this path.
How it works:
- Candidates must take Yaeger CPA Review's HomeStudy course
- Candidates must pass the Financial Accounting and Reporting portion of the CPA Exam
- Candidates must pass the Regulation portions of the CPA Exam
- Candidates must pass the Auditing and Attestation portion of the CPA Exam
- Candidates must pass the Business Environment and Concepts portion of the CPA Exam
- Candidates must have successfully completed 3 courses (or 9 credits) towards an online MBA at Ellis University
Once the above items have been completed, Ellis University will grant the additional 9 credits worth $6,000 dollars.
